The Type of News Missing From Western Corporate Media – Archbishop Hanna: President Assad Is Protector Of Christians |News Punch

Most Americans, particularly so-called Christians, would not even consider reading these words of their fellow Christians in Syria. But they’ll joyfully ignore American and international law and applaud the murderous rampage of US Military personnel invading the diverse nation of Syria.

Christians in America do not even comprehend the context in the nation and region that has been declared “Christian genocide,” and quite generally, they are rather indifferent to the facts. As Wikipedia reports

“On February 3, 2016, the European Union recognized the persecution of Christians by Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant as genocide. The vote was unanimous. The United States followed suit on March 15, 2016, in declaring these atrocities as genocide. The vote was unanimous. On April 20, 2016, British Parliament voted unanimously to denounce the actions as genocide.”

Here’s what one of the top Christian leaders of Syria says of President Assad in the nation where Sunni Islamic jihadists went on a killing rampage upon Christians and others for years while many were funded and weaponized by the US:

“Atallah Hanna, the leader from the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem, met with Assad in Damascus on Monday, and stressed that Assad is one of the most peaceful, loving, and kind leaders the Middle East has known in recent times. reports: He noted that during the past few years Christians have suffered a lot, but thanks to President Assad there is hope now, as was also seen in Maaloula where wounds are slowly healing.”
